RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Dibajj L.L.C-FZ, you have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies to customers in the United Arab Emirates, GCC, and selected international destinations.
SECTION 1 - Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, please visit our dedicated Return Request section on www.dibajj.com to submit your return authorization request before sending back any item. Returned products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags and original packaging intact. As Dibajj is an online-only store, returns cannot be processed or accepted in any physical retail location.
All items are shipped with a security seal. Items with broken or removed seals will not be accepted for return. If you are requesting an exchange for size or color and the desired product is available, the option will appear in the drop-down menu during the return request.
SECTION 2 - Types of Returns
- Return for Refund: You may request a return for a refund within 14 days from the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Return for Exchange: You may exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product, subject to availability. If the exchanged item does not meet your expectations, you may submit a new return request at your own expense.
SECTION 3 - How to Return the Goods
- UAE and GCC Orders:
For customers within the United Arab Emirates, Dibajj offers free exchange or return services, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
For customers within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, free exchange services are provided, while return shipping costs may be borne by the customer in certain cases, depending on the nature of the request and the shipping destination.
Customers must submit an exchange or return request through the Return Request section on www.dibajj.com. Our dedicated team will contact the customer to complete the necessary procedures.
Returned or exchanged items must be shipped within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date the return or exchange approval email is received. Failure to comply with this timeframe may result in the request being rejected.
- International Orders:
For international orders outside the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Dibajj does not cover shipping, exchange, or return costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by authorities in the destination country.
Returns or exchanges for international orders are subject to Dibajj's prior approval and are processed in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
SECTION 4 - Refund Procedure and Timeline
Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within approximately 30 days. Items not in acceptable condition will not be refunded. Approved refunds will be credited automatically to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
SECTION 5 - Faulty Products
All products shipped from Dibajj are inspected prior to dispatch and are checked to ensure they are in excellent condition and free from defects.
